Paper and cardboard constitutes an important waste stream coming mainly from packaging, prospectuses, printed documents, newspapers, magazines and cardboard tubes etc. Cement bags, wallpaper, pizza boxes and paper or cardboard mixed with substances such as aluminium film, metallic film and cellophane etc. are not accepted in this waste stream.
Paper and cardboard are easily recycled and can be almost completely reused. After being controlled in our transfer station, paper and cardboard are compacted into bails and reused in the paper processing industry to make paper and cardboard.
